Join Chef Salar Melli and experience Rutherford House Provincial Historic Site’s new restaurant: Vintage Fork.
Chef Salar and his team will present an elegant and playful dining experience with dishes inspired by the Rutherfords and their time, as well as creative variations on classic dishes.
The restaurant is open Tuesdays through Sundays, and closed on Mondays. On weekdays, it opens at 7:30am each morning, and offers items such as Croissant Egg Sandwiches, and daily fresh baked goods until 11:00am.
Vintage Fork’s lunch menu is served from 11:30am to 2:00pm, and will include selections such as Chicken Mornay Pot Pie, Fresh Salmon on Risotto, Braised Lamb Shank, and a daily soup.
On weekends, Vintage Fork serves brunch from 9:00am – 2:00pm, featuring selections such as Eggs Benedict on Waffles, Quiche, and Waffles with fresh fruit and house made syrup.
Late afternoon tea and coffee, as well as fresh baked goods, are available until 5:00pm. High Tea is available for booking.
